Payment Terms
All orders may be paid with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. We can also accept checks and money orders by mail. To elect this option, please contact us via email at: admin@spafavourites.com. Note: There is a $20 charge on returned checks.

Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise requested we ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). On all other orders the shipping charges will be applied at the current ups rate. The online ordering system is set up to calculate your order's shipping cost as close as can be estimated until we have fully integrated the ups database with ours.

3-Day select, 2nd Day & Next Day Air shipping options are available for all orders. When desiring these options and ordering online please note your shipping request in the comments section of the checkout page and you will be contacted with the additional shipping costs for your approval before shipment is made.

Return Policy
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Order Damages
We make an extra effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we make damage claims for you. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before signing. To expedite replacement of damaged products, we suggest that you place another order while your claim is being processed by the carrier.
